During the opening period of the Hotel (20 May - 30 September) it is possible to call the reception directly at our telephone numbers or send a request for availability by email to info@hotelbagnilido.com or using our form that you will find on the website.

During the closing period we ensure a response within 48 working hours of sending the email or filling out the form or by telephone

Following your request, you will be sent a (non-binding) offer. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication showing the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit, to be made within 5 days of our confirmation. If payment is not made on time, the reservation will be cancelled. The reservation becomes binding for HOTEL BAGNI LIDO only upon receipt of a copy of the payment receipt of the deposit or with the credit card details on which to make the authorized withdrawal. In the event of a bank transfer, we ask you to send a copy of the payment by e-mail to info@hotelbagnilido.com HOTEL BAGNI LIDO will undertake to send the customer an e-mail confirming the reservation made. To make changes to your reservation you must contact the reception staff, who will do everything possible to accommodate your request. In the event of a change in the booking date, the price of which may be different from the established amount, we will take care to update it to the new rate.

Terms of payment

General conditions: A deposit is required to be paid (excluding tourist tax and optional services) no later than 5 days from the booking confirmation date. In case of non-receipt of the deposit within the indicated dates, the reservation will be cancelled. The deposit payment methods are as follows: from 1 to 3 days the payment of one night will be required, from 4 days up a payment of 30% of the entire amount will be required. Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, cash and credit card
